Is There a Legal Framework for Developers?

There are just so many small pieces of open sor software that come together to form the products and services of all these tec giants. It's almost impossible to divy up the money properly, isn't it? Maybe we need a universal basic developer income. If you can't meet that standard and you get pitched in a bit. I mean, far be it for me to sound like carlmarx something. But, i mean, if something is used, even if it's small, it can be remarkably important. And i don't think there's a legal way forward.
