In open collective itself, we talk about things as a team. We do it t are these conversations on line chats, or are they in person boardroom meetings? It depends on what we're talking about. The lesson that i take from that is really that collectivizing the knowledge and byin facilitated by the transparency, gives a level of comfort and legitimacy for what ultimately comes down. Good people need to learn how to be business owners and need to know how to think about money and strategy and all thi stuff.
