Harmony and the Future Site

This brings up a lot of questions and maybe clues as to the shards and how much foresight future site they have or what the view of a shard is. It doesn't necessarily seem like he set up wax to do that experiment he didn't know i don't think that wax was going to split harmonium and create a little bit of extra atium it doesn't seem like that is the case because he expresses harmony expresses surprise that wax did something different in that instance and got a different result than had ever happened before. They can only see a range of possible futures and maybe not even have perfect vision but there is such a vast range of possibilities that even trying to move in one
