We are a nation of we tend to be more over weight than under weight. We have and we, we are fearful of including extra fats in our diet. So e but fat is perfect. That's exactly what we need. Carbohydretes are good. You know, because people don't see them as evens. Em they see them load it with this. That's bad. And i'm really because i think fat's going to cause my heart, you know, and all this conflict, i think. Er, so probably that's the reason why we have this issue.
