The Importance of Balance in Interviewing
Tanner Crischinson: When rejection happens, you kind of want to think about it is that no, the end. I personally have seen a lot of stories when maybe that was not the right fit for that particular role. But in two, three months, they would come back and say, oh, we actually have another role that we feel will be a perfect fit. It's usually just maybe not the right match in this moment, but it doesn't mean that's it. And as long as you're honest and know what's your worst, it's going to be very helpful for you,. Also for that company, because they know they are hiring.
