Influenza: A Rare Blood Vascular Disorder

I know of someone who had a disease known in English, at least as my amoya and that name comes from Japanese. This is a disorder in the blood vessels in the skull. It's not a rhinorrhea or diverticulitis or anything like that. I think it was discovered in Japan for the pattern that these tiny blood vessels make on an MRI.
