How to Stop Falling Behind

I am very weary of the whole process of consolidation that seems in many ways from a top down perspective, inevitable and good. I think our finance needs to get a lot more bottom up. Top down banking is what is crowding out a lot of our most productive investments. That's what top down does. It makes us stupid, right? It's the tumors again.
