The Importance of Discipline in Trading

I think discipline is one of the most important attributes to being a trader. You are 100% accountable for yourself. There's really no buried entry, you fill out an application, send in $1,000 and anybody can trade tomorrow. A lot of traders refuse to pull the trigger on mega trades that could take them to the next level.
