There's two levels of addressing, you know, sort of psychological problems. If we're just dealing with the what, then we're talking about, well, what's the actual problem? And I feel like just knowing everything you've already talked about and where it could come from can really help in itself. But that also doesn't take away your responsibility, especially as an adult to yourself to make some kind of change.
Social anxiety disorder, nervousness, fear of social situations. However you call it, you can defeat it, be rid of it forever and live a life of more spontaneity, excitement and fun. This is an interview with my psychologist bro so get comfy and grab something to take notes with.
