A lot of times what I see with athletes is they're limited on the amount of time they have available to train. And so it may not be immediately obvious how strength training or strength and mobility can help them be faster. So you can actually break out pen and paper or calculator or combination of all of those and break it down using physics. This is why your power is increasing by taking all of these variables and incorporating them into the equation.
