Why Do We Love Monte Carlo Simulations?
The neo cortex is, it seems to me like it's somewhat of a monte, monte carlo simulator for action. Ut instead of just acting and seeing what happens, you can run simulations of action,. And then you can et he ideas, go to battle and die, so that your body doesn't have to. I think schopenhauer said something to that effect. There's a reason why we rely on those so heavily, to make better decisions.
