i didn't have any cavities until i was 25, which is part of what got me on the oral hygiene changs again. You become an adult, you have zero cavities. And all of a sudden i started getting cavities in my old age. So i do have a couple of cavities here and there. I think i have like oby three or four o that i all got late in life for no reason. It's actually trickier than you think. They have to hit certain like blood vessels to make the numbing thing work and stuff.
