Craig Rochelle: How can a church that's all about people meet in 24 different locations in seven states? I first start one location with 40 people, lead myself. Then I learned to lead other people, lead other people. It took probably five years for him to learn to develop other people and lead others. Then he learned to lead leaders. He says you don't have to know it all to be a great leader. Be yourself. Why? Because people would rather follow a leader who is always real. Deepen the organization with the ability to say yes and further the mission that makes everybody better.
