How to Get Great Lake Hops to Market

Scott: We have been working hard over this last year. Once we get through harvest and we start getting back into kind of the fall, we really don't see hops sales perking up the way they normally do. So we spent this year really focusing on new customers. Our existing customers are phenomenal. If they're brewing one or two of these hops, we offer them a free brew on one of the hops they haven't tried yet.
