Is It Immoral to Borrow at Interest?

You can borrow money at interest if you need it. A coin is explicitly says yes to that, to answer that question. If usury is immoral to induce someone else to do it would be scandal. Now I suppose we could also morally not pay the interest. You could take out a loan and it would be ethical to repay the principal without the interest. But this actually is touching on the problem that I hit that I can't resolve with Aquinas. What's the problem you can't resolving with Aquinas? Well, I haven't stated it yet.
