The Cost of Residency Training
As a resident, you're generally making an income, you're not paying tuition. So it's affordable. But my point is the cost of training is lower for the learner and whoever the learner is. We really need to produce clinicians who are capable of practicing at the top of their license. That kind of trajectory in his opinion is kind of what we owe to society.
