A lot of what we did was li weat na wheat that there were local classes that the the different hospitals in philadelphia give. Some of those ar more helpful than others. And just, like, i don't know how you summarize in a book, but just something about being as considerate of that as possible while trying to take care of yourself and taking care of your partner.
