The Countering Untrusted Telecommunications Abroad Act
The US is trying to geopolitically knock China down a peg or two. When you start finding your own companies, it just feels like friendly fire. I can't see any evidence of it not ramping more and more. There's definitely some collateral damage because you can see that even in the stuff that goes back a bit,. It's a bit older in terms of not allowing some of the companies that make tools for chips for fabs - Cadence and Synopsys have been sort of targeted.
