AI and the Peter Principle

Bruce has been on a mission for many years to fix organizational structures because they're broken. Maybe AI, instead of replacing management, augments management such that the Peter principle doesn't have the power it normally has. It would actually be looking at evidence rather than FADs to come up with how it's doing its management. And so it could, all of those things would be possible.
