In the float pools, I've been using, we don't even have an enclosure. These are wide open pools. And in that water, I immersed over 2000 pounds of Epsom salt, magnesium sulfate. And it essentially becomes a mattress of water. It's as dense as the dead sea. And so you're floating effortlessly. You don't have to move a single muscle. All of a sudden, all of that push of gravity that's been on our spinal cord all day long is gone. When you release that tension, suddenly the anxiety releases too.
