Twitter's challenge going forward is not, you know, can the platform build machine learning? Sure, they can't. But are there enough people who understand the emergent malicious campaigns that happen on the service and understand it well enough to guide product strategy and policy direction? "You can certainly streamline things, but that doesn't mean that malicious activity is going to get less complicated," he says.
