The Imposter Syndrome

Romanian-born, U.S.-based designer and UX expert Mihaela Ghiat has been battling with imposter syndrome since her early years. She says she felt like a fraud while working at ING Bank in Bucharest as part of the design team for their mobile banking app Scooties. The experience was fundamental to shaping her personality but it also made her question whether she was good enough or if anyone else could understand what she was going through. Now that she's become more comfortable talking about her own experiences on social media, she wants to help other people deal with similar issues.
