We have our conscious self and we have most of us is unconscious. Now does that make it bad? Maybe maybe not I am of the persuasion that it's not necessarily a bad thing because of where it's coming from. If you just start to behave in a way that you'd like to be you can move the needle may not ever be Extreme extrovert, but maybe you'll go from being you know paralyzed introvert to person who can Really handle themselves in a social situation.
