Canny: I was very much into the bootsdropping world. And so coming from silican valley especially, we both, andrew and i, worked at facebook for about a year and a half each. Canny: We're looking for a way for people to take our feedback as their users. So canny eventually became, what was our solution to that? You know, really help teams not create this black hole where feedback just goes and dies. Couldn't do something with hundreds of peopleyimean, i think.
