Aspirin Is a Drug That Is Made From Salicylic Acid
So this particular chemist known as Felix Hoffman employed by Friedrich Bayer and co. His father used salicylic acid for his ailments. He thought he was like oh we had to change this somehow. So he added a acetol group to it. This basically was the start of aspirin. And on an empty stomach and you got gastritis. Yes. For a month. No I got it for a couple days. It was pretty bad though. But also it's a local acid. So if you take these drugs, you know, on anempty stomach, it's irritating. Which is why I say things like aspirin sometimes have intercoding.
