The Dramatic Question
I feel like this movie is so good at keeping us on the ride of what the dramatic question is, sort of in lady bird's life, er. When she's involved in one of the two romantic relationships, there's an inherent dramatic question there. And then when that resolves, we're almost immediately into Like, the next romantic relationship. That kind of creates a new dramatic question.
