Dennis Vasiliev is an eight-time world champion and he did 101 reps unbroken at double 32s. He moved from Russia just recently to now Berkeley so not far from me. I feel blessed to have him around but one thing that comes up in terms of just an epiphany that I had was with the rack position. As soon as I went back without doing any positioning and sitting in that position I was able to hit a rack position. It might not seem like much but someone who hasn't done any training in that position now just by doing flexibility to balance out the system can enter the position that I need toYeah it was huge yeah huge for me.
