Chara Torres Spelacy is a constitutional law professor at Stetson University in Florida. She says she thinks the American people are very much on the side of whether Supreme Court is likely to land. The cases are being brought by a group called Students for Fair Admissions and they're bringing the cases against the University of Harvard and the University of North Carolina.
