Park: I always coach folks when you're putting a presentation together before you do any storyboarding. What, when I am all said and done, what do I want my audience to think, feel, and do? And so it sounds like that's a part of your program here. We are going to a little bit later in the show talk about your five laws of high impact presentations. But first, could you take us a little bit more into this other concept of the persuasion journey? So I imagine you come across that and how do you explain that to kind of the reluctant learner of that executive that just simply wants the action to take place? Yeah, absolutely.
