The Intrigue of Andy George Escos

In 2012 Andy George Escos called Flavio and said, I know this guy who is interested in brokering an arms deal for the FARC. The CIA's 1-800 number if you will is no longer listed on the website but back in 2012 it was. And as ridiculous as it sounds Flavio goes to cia.gov finds the number and gets an agent on the phone  and tells him he knows how to make that happen. "I'm a known source," says Flavio of his work with the FBI during the early 2000s.
