I'm very confused about magical healing. Like my understanding is that magic is really good at healing broken bones, so why not have the Roberts family fall and then heal them rather than prolong this torture? It also speaks to this feeling that we've been talking about which is like, what are our priorities here? Are our priorities to just stop the suffering as quickly as possible and deal with the repercussions of that later? And, you know, it feels as though the narrator here, it looks like they're scared, but what, right? There's a little bit of skepticism about why the authority figures are making the choices that they are. The most vulnerable people in this space who are being attacked
