The ability of eight billion people to spoil nature is eight times greater than the ability of one billion. And so you have the shift of assets, where the one % owns everything, and niney hunper cent don't own anything. So from the state's point of view, like, what are you going to do in because the rate of technology advances so quickly? We need an answer.
