He says it is the widest question, the deepest question, the most fundamental question. Think about it. Every subject that we study, suppose you are studying biology. Interested in chemistrya as long as it doesn't have direct bearing on his study of life. Is not interested in music, heis not interested in grammar. Is interested in biology, in the particular organisms he is study. But person who is studying life will be interested in plants and animals
