The Power of Labeling Emotions
i like to remind myself of am strength, values and experience. I was just trying to recognize the fact that people were working within constraints a lot of the time. And yes, so if we can go back to a time when we came through adversity or challenge, however big or small, it helps to remind ourselves that actually, here, you know what, i have survived. That whatever helped me, then i can probably tap into now as well.
