I think one way, obviously, that you've mentioned we can change is just by having those, those voices upfront in our churches, in our conferences. And I think it does have to be intentional because we're in a cultural context and it, it takes effort. So really learning what it is to become a safe person who's willing to hear hard truths is kind of priority numero uno.
