Introduction
Leop Ben Moshe is the author of Decarcerating Disability, deinstitutionalization, and prison abolition. She actually came on the show to discuss way back when. And so I asked her back to revisit decarcerating disability in the context of something that has happened in the last three years. This idea of caging people, warehousing people for anything, including the fact that they're different or disabled, it's violent. Think about how radical that notion is to come and say, close it all down.
