The Importance of Understanding the Manipulation of Information
I think for a long time, people haven't necessarily understood how manipulated some of the information is that they're seeing. And I hope that some of the techniques and methods that you've outlined in the book will help people to do that more thoroughly. But also, what I liked about it was that your focus is on not necessarily on the obsessive collection of information. Too many organisations, too many analysts as well, actually fall into that trap of trying to collect all of the information.
