How to Be a Better Listener
The greatest gift we can ever give anyone is our time. When people feel heard, they feel a connection to the people who are willing to listen. So listening is more than just hearing. It's taking what you've learned and applying it in a setting that makes other people feel like they've been heard. If you want to be heard, perhaps you have to do the first step and give your time to someone else.
