The Four Quadrants of Success

The greatest leaders probably have access to, they're probly a little bit of it. They ever have one or two dominant, but then they can always access the other two at any time. And if you learn these quadrant, ando to navigate through these quadrants, you could access the positive gifts of each quadrant, therefore becoming successful. So that's the second quadrant, i would say, in terms of, we've got the controller supporter. You're the controller and you're the supporter. One is a results oriented the other is feelings oriented.
