Coaches Blame the Players
"I think coaches underestimate how much. when they think about culture, they think about stuff off the pitch," he says. "One of the most important ways to build relationships is to help people be successful" He adds that it's very easy to blame learners when they're not successful. But sometimes it's not even a question of fault. It's a question of insufficient learning environment.
