You need to have alignment when you're starting or it's going to go off the rails really fast. You enjoy hanging out with people that are like you, not so dramatically different that you can't communicate with them. So yeah, that's a good one. And we definitely did that early on. Bring me on these people that had the same work ethic as me,. That had the same motivation for growth and looking back on it, of course, the people that worked out were more like that than others.
