Ineos boss Jim Radcliffe says the competition in markets authority is hostile to business. CMA blocked his move to buy a concrete business from a Swiss group for around £790 million here. He's saying it's just far too difficult and hostile for British businesses to acquire companies. And this is all over a company he was trying to buy.
