The Ideal Theory of the American Integralism
The Catholic church expanded into the ruins of the Roman empire to provide goods and services that the empire can no longer provide. So, yeah, I think the American integralists have this sort of fiercely anti-liberal project of building a counter-elite that will take over the collapsed liberal imperium. But I want to make very clear that most of the book is about the ideas. It's about the ideal theory. And it's engaging the British into religious in some detail.
