i was thinking about that experience with ruche, and my first year working at dale carnegie. And i remember sitting there in his office having that conversation, and just sort of being dumbfounded,. Like it didn't even occur to me to have gone to him and have that conversation. It does now, because i've now had it, and i was forced into it in a good way. Buti still can sense that fear i had, even when some one else was bringing that up. I would not have the same type of conversation in the same way to day.
