As we move into consent base decision making, a being clear in a proposal what is context and what is actually being proposed is really important. A lot of times what i see are proposals where people want to argue about the assumptions that are made in like, surrounding facts or background That doesn't really matter in terms of consenting to the proposal. So the first thing is like whittle down proposals to the actual policy agree ent roll experiment that we're deciding about.
