The LCS's Motion to File an Amicus Brief

The initial motion was dismissed without prejudice, meaning that the judge denied the right to file an amicus. The case is going to a jury trial and it seems that currently will rely mostly on substantial similarity. In response, the LCS has put up a statement partially in Klingon saying that at present it doesn't look like the case will make any precedent on the copyright.
