Is This Really a Voter's Suspension?

400 bills were introduced in a coordinated fashion, all across the country. The aim was to roll back people's ability to participate and get their voice heard. In georgia, the average white voter waits an hour less in line than the average black voter does. That's a policy decision that has to do with the number of pulling locations open and neighborhoods.
