The Economic Impact of the Fed's Stress Test on Regional Banks
I think the banks in the stress test and then it will get pushed down to regional banks. We still have those unrealized losses that are not going to go to zero. They're just going to get incrementally better. My sense is that there is a real opportunity in these companies, many of which are trading below tangible book value.
