The Imposter Syndrome of Design Leaders

Most of our leaders are going to be non-designers because that's a numbers thing. We're going to have to work out how to help them become good design leaders without being a designer in the beginning. Senior designers maybe in design teams will have to be, you know, good right hand, good wingmen. Are we coming across the imposter syndrome once again? I think this is the conversation that Andy is driving and that's really important. These are real issues that we're meeting up against now.
