Is That 7% of the Fee Income?

How it works is, and it's completely changed since even I was doing it when I was a self-employed agent. Now you can get up to 70% of the fee income. And especially if you're targeting the higher end properties, there's you sell a £500,000 house, you charge 2%, it's 10 grand, you get 70% of that,. You can get 7 grand for selling one house. Obviously, you've got to do it right. But there are agents now I'm aware of that are making 20, 50 - 100,000 pounds in commissions in one month. That's like a lesson a few hundred quits.
